Using Roamly

You must provide accurate information, be legally able to enter into an agreement, and use the website only for genuine travel and food requests. Do not use another person’s account or upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

Requests, availability and confirmation

Submitting a form creates a request; it does not by itself guarantee availability or create a confirmed hotel, car-rental or food order. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a clear confirmation from Roamly or the relevant provider. Provider requirements, driver eligibility, accommodation rules, dietary disclosures and local laws may apply.

Prices and PayPal

Any amount shown before checkout is stated in the displayed currency and is subject to the details of the selected option. Payments are processed by PayPal, not by Roamly. Do not send payment-card details through forms or chat. When checkout is in sandbox/test mode, no real payment is collected and no real booking should be treated as paid.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing your request, meeting travel-document and driver requirements, arriving on time, and telling us about material changes. Food allergy information helps communicate your request, but you remain responsible for confirming ingredients directly with the food provider.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The version shown at the time you submit a request applies to that request unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
